Youth (8-12 years old)

In today's world, young kids are constantly bombarded by peer pressure, electronic devices, in addition to adapting to their growing bodies.  Our Youth martial arts classes help filter all of this new information so that they can make the best choices for themselves.  

In addition to learning basic self defense our Youth classes include:

1. Critical thinking skills for responsible decision making
2. Understanding of respect for others and themselves
3. Further development of coordination
4. Increased fitness and overall health
