The Missouri Taekwondo Institute hosts a variety of special holiday themed events, such as Halloween movie nights, Christmas parties, Summer picnics and more!

MTI  Seminars are training seminars designed to focus on specific areas in Moo Sul Kwan martial arts.  Different Seminars include; Poomse, Sparring, One-Step Sparring, Self-Defense, and more. Seminars are also presented to public and private schools, companies, organizations and clubs on a variety of topics!

Typically, the MTI Lock-In begins with a good workout led by the black belts, followed by Taekwondo games and contests.  Later, while eating pizza,  a movie is shown and games are played through the evening until it's time for pick up.  This is a great opportunity for kids to have a fun night doing Taekwondo and play with friends, and parents have a chance to go out for a night without the kids!

Did you know the Missouri Taekwondo Institute hosts amazing birthday parties?! The birthday student is welcome to invite as many guests as they would like and has the pleasure of helping our MTI black belts run a taekwondo class for all their friends and family!  After an exciting mini class, the instructor will facilitate a variety of adventurous and exciting martial arts games for all guests! After more birthday fun, the instructor releases the birthday host and guests to indulge in birthday treats and optional gift opening.
