Great Grandmaster Lee H. Park served as president of Moo Sul Kwan.  Great Grandmaster Park was vice-president of the International Council on Martial Arts Education and he was chairman of the Teacher Certification Committee, International Council of Martial Arts Education.  He had previously served as a Delegate at Large at the National AAU Taekwondo Committee, was a past president of the American Hapkido Association; past chairman of the Subcommittee of Safety and Equipment Development, National AAU Taekwondo Committee; and a past chairman of the Regional Board of Examiners, American Taekwondo Association. 

Great Grandmaster Park was a certified 9th dan black belt by the World Taekwondo Federation and 9th dan black belt in Hapkido by the Moo Sul Kwan Hapkido Federation in Korea and 5th dan black belt by the Korean Yudo Association. He is a Hall of Fame member of the World Taekwondo Federation, Seoul, South Korea, and was one of the two highest ranking Moo Sul Kwan Hapkido instructors in the world.
